Rich has been in real estate for 20 years and is a native of Frederick. Rich Prides himself on taking the time and care to help match his clients with their perfect home. In addition to his love of Real Estate, Rich enjoys playing baseball, spending time with his wife and two children and rooting for the Baltimore Ravens.

Paul was born and raised in the Frederick area and has raised two children with his wife here. Paul has a wealth of knowledge about Frederick and can assist his clients with locating the perfect area of Frederick or the surrounding areas to meet their needs. In his spare time Paul enjoys playing baseball and is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing.

Scott has been a Frederick, MD, resident for over 30 years. With more than 25 years of construction experience and over 12 years in real estate, his passion is finding and creating his clients' dream homes. In his spare time Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, outings with friends and golfing as often as possible.

Alissa joined the Rich Ropp Group in 2019 as the team's Transaction Coordinator and became licensed in 2020. She has lived in the Frederick area for over 20 years with her husband and two children. She enjoys running, reading and vacations with her family, and of course helping clients with all of their real estate needs.
